As the NINE QUESTIONS Panel had mentioned previously, Cullen Johnson and his wife-accomplice were convicted in April 2013 under counts of asset tracing and forgery.

"They concocted bogus and stunningly realistic international banking information that would lead one party to believe the other had millions of dollars in assets offshore in places like the Channel Islands or the Cayman Islands. Over a period of time, the detectives would charge increasingly higher fees in return for more “banking information.” Often that information was presented in court as real and it took lawyers and judges years to understand it was false."

On January 27, 2015, Sarawak Report wrote an article, which prejudiced the decisions of a Judge of a legitimate Common Law Court - THE HIGH COURT OF SINGAPORE - with its frivolous, contradictory and illegal 'Judgment' in the said article.

This blog will present all the strong evidence available that proves Sarawak Report actually published "FABRICATED" materials - as determined by the presiding Justice Edmund Leow - in order to support its premature conclusions, premised on fabricated information.

The said fabricated information was provided to the Court by Dato Ting Check Sii, a disgruntled former “best friend” who had been proven many a times previously by the Law Courts to have been providing false testimonies, as evidenced by the sheer amount of cases he had brought forth and lost.

Based in London, Sarawak Report claims to be an investigative journalism online news resource that offers "an alternative vision of justice, transparency and a fairer future in Sarawak”.

Amid its various exposés, a few interesting trends have been noted, including the questionable veracity of evidence presented in the notorious site and faulty predictions of Court cases, even before an actual Judgement is pronounced.
