CURRENT / SOLICITATIONS THROUGH THE DEAD

SARAWAK REPORT COMPLAINS, BUT EMPLOYS SIMILAR TRICKS
WHILE SARAWAK REPORT REVELS IN SHUTTING DOWN A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT THAT WAS CRITICAL OF ITS FOUNDER, SARAWAK REPORT ITSELF IS CAUGHT USING DEAD PEOPLE TO SOLICIT MONEY

"These [fake Twitter] accounts were then used to promote links to a Facebook page accusing Ms Rewcastle Brown of fabricating her reporting.

Ian Burnell

And yet, the very next day, Sarawak Report published the following:

"Purchase the book on the murder of Altantuya
an (sic.) donate to Sarawak Report.

Sarawak Report, November 13, 2015

No-brainer question: Which is worse? Using dead people's identities to deliver messages, or using dead people's tragedy to solicit money?

While the NINE QUESTIONS FOR SARAWAK REPORT isn't affiliated to the Facebook page titled 'The Real Clare Rewcastle', we did manage to view their materials and found that their presentational approach is not so different than that of Sarawak Report itself, that repeatedly, famously and quite irreverently depicted the corpulent wife of the Malaysian Prime Minister as a hippo, amongst other actions of similar nature.

The shameless hypocrisy is simply fascinating to say the least.

As far as facts are concerned, the ones contained within the now-deleted Facebook account were invariably more solid than what Sarawak Report has been publishing thus far, using their twisted versions of the facts, laced with hypocritical foul-cries.

On a related note, we take umbrage over The Independent newspaper's unethical censoring of our panel member's dissenting viewpoint, which the administrator had moderated and also deleted.

However, other comments containing name-calling and personal attacks on other (all of them using anonymous handles, no exceptions) commenters are left to run riot. This selective censorship is equally disgusting in this equation, especially considering that The Independent supposedly stand for free speech.

Here's an excerpt of the comment to give an idea of how it shouldn't have been deleted by the site administrator:
"Nothing’s stopping Sarawak Report and/or Clare Rewcastle Brown from setting up these accounts by way of a false flag attack to discredit The Real Clare Rewcastle Brown and other adversaries.
Whipping up a frenzy over Twitternyms shows desperation, not savvy.
All things considered, Clare has so far failed to address the Nine Questions and the contrasting silence is indicative of Sarawak Repot’s adamant will in sweeping the matter under the carpet…simply because it has no worthy and truthful rebuttal that would absolve Sarawak Report from its usage of what the Singapore High Court had determined to have been fabrications in its articles.

The silence is palpably golden.
P/S, Just because there are people out there who are intent on exposing who Clare really is doesn’t mean that she has been telling the truth, or that she is who she says she is. Fake twitter or not.
Obviously, she is relying on her usual zombies not to tell the difference although the same tactic is losing its lustre on most audiences the more it is being used.
It's typical for a 'Dark Arts' practitioner to acutely be aware of the workings of the forbidden methodology, and it is not at all surprising that abusers may occasionally self-inflict harm to gain quick sympathy."
