KUCHING, December 7, 2015–
Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) would be fielding 10 new faces in the coming state election, said its president Tan Sri Adenan Satem.

"Out of the 40 seats that PBB will probably be contesting, there may be 10 new faces, five for the new seats and of course there are those (incumbents) who have indicated their desire to retire," said the Sarawak Chief Minister, who is also the state Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman.

This comes after the Sabah state assembly voted to bar her from the state after she was photographed meeting with Jacel Kiram, the daughter of the late self-proclaimed Sulu sultan who masterminded the 2013 Lahad Datu incursion.

PKR vice president Nurul Izzah Anwar was today barred from entering Sarawak.

She was stopped by immigration at the Kuching airport when she arrived on a flight from Kuala Lumpur this afternoon, she said on Twitter.

PKR lawmaker Nurul Izzah admitted she was so emotional that she cried when she explained to the Dewan Rakyat on her controversial meeting with self-styled Sulu princess Jacel Kiram.

"I was so emotional.

"Well, I was crying for Malaysians," she said when met at the Parliament building today.

Police ready to question the Opposition MP over claims she offered to give ex-PSI employee government contracts in exchange for confidential information.

PETALING JAYA, September 17, 2015– 
Police, looking to question Opposition MP Nurul Izzah Anwar over claims she was willing to procure stolen data damaging to Prime Minister Najib Razak, have been told the PKR lawmaker is currently not in Malaysia.
Speaking to The Malaysian Insider, Nurul’s lawyer Latheefa Koya said, “She is being investigated under Section 124B of the Penal Code (activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy) but is yet to be questioned. 
The police were looking for her yesterday (Tuesday) but she is not around. She will be back on Monday.”
